Our DVD player has been on its way out for a little while, so we bought a new one this week. The boys were concerned about why we didn't just fix the old one, and when I told Preston he was welcome to work on it he assured me he'd 'have it fixed in no time' and then we could return the new one. As he was investigating the broken one, I got the idea that he'd probably love to be able to sit down with Chris and take it apart piece by piece. So that's what we did this fine Friday evening. Preston was extremely focused, which is a major task for him. Chris had fun showing Preston different parts and explaining how some of the parts worked.
