Getting ready to board our plane at the Iliamna Air Taxi airport. We were tired, but very excited! The owners of Iliamna air taxi flew us with all of our baggage and groceries and dogs and everything for free! Such a huge blessing to us! Thank you to Tim and Nancy LaPorte.`

Our pilot said we could have the dogs right next to us on their leashes, so we did just that. They were so happy to be with us. Sam slept with her head resting on my foot most of the flight. Our loyal pup. Its about an hour and fifteen minute flight from Anchorage to Galena, just enough time for a short nap.
