Introducing the chickens. They are at the awkward looking stage where they have mostly adult feathers, but still some chick fuzz. Its really fun having them so far. Looking forward to some yummy eggs in the months to come.
The pics are out of order. This was the first week or so.
The kids love them a lot! We spend a little time with them each day, and the birds endure lots of holding and petting and prodding.

Adolescent chicks are always funny looking. That what I call then any way. I am so glad the kids are doing so well with them. Hope you get tons of eggs!
Emma and Ben love chickens, but they never can finish a whole one.
