We had an opportunity to fly to Ruby-closest village upriver

only a 15 minute flight

Our first time meeting the Tram family-missionaries in Ruby

crawling farther distances now

she's not a big fan of baby food, but we keep trying

At 8 months old, Evelyn....

-likes to clear her throat to get our attention

-is very curious about table food

-isn't a very good baby food eater

-is teething, but nothing to show for it yet

-uses her finger and forefinger to pick up small things

-holds two toys at once

-is crawling more

-getting better at pulling up

-is very giggly

-is starting to shift to 2 naps a day sometimes
