It was one of those moments that you realize is so precious and you want to remember it forever. We all took turns in listing lots of things we are thankful for like people God has placed in our lives for friendship and family as well. We talked about being blessed with a safe home, warm bed, soft blankets, food, water, our dogs, and toys. We also talked about many children that do not have these things. The boys like to participate in a ministry of Samaritan's Purse called Operation Christmas Child. We pack up shoe boxes with gifts for children in need. Not only do they receive gifts, but they also hear about Jesus and his love for them. It makes me glad to know that even at a young age the boys are aware of other people in need of food and shelter, and also Jesus. We are so thankful for Jesus.

What a wonderful post and reminder to all of us of how blessed we are. Nonna&Papa
Sounds like a very special Thanksgiving. Glad you all enjoyed it.
Loved the pics and stories...and I so loved hearing about the sweet discussions about all your blessings. It's so wonderful you're teaching them gratitude at such a young age.
