I brought my two favorite boys to the park to play, and we all enjoyed feeding the ducks and checking out the play areas. However, their favorite thing to do is explore every inch of the park. This time they were pretending to hunt and camp, every little boys dream at our house. So they built a wonderful campfire and went hiking and squirrel hunting. It really is a shame that they lack imagination!
Preston and Clint are very excited about our move to Galena. They are looking forward to:
snow and cooler weather
a new house
new friends
cousins living close by
flying on planes
new church family
and getting snow gear
They had a hard time understanding how and why we sold nearly everything we owned, so we let them vacation at Honey and Pops while we worked the garage sale. We were so grateful to have such success in selling things. Mike and Barb have been gracious enough to let us move in with them while our house was up for sale (yep, that's right it is sold). They've also been great help with the kiddos while I've been recovering. Since my surgery I've joked that I always need a sitter in case Cara needs to be held.
We've been so busy with our never ending list of to-dos before moving to Alaska, that we haven't taken much time out for fun. The boys have been patient with it all and have been very gracious to us. It is good to take a break and have some fun.

Thank you so much for the pictures and comments Shell. We really enjoyed our short visit with you and miss the boys and Cara already. Papa&Nonna
These are really good pictures. You guys are really hoping around to everywhere and trying to get tons of things done in a short amount of time! Hoping everything goes easier when you get back home.
