Vacation to the South
We had such a great vacation in the South. We saw friends and family, ministry partners, and even had time for a little fun. We enjoyed some warm weather, and had lots of fantastic food we don't get in the bush.

We visited Katy, Tx first. We were able to see lots of family including Aunt Pam, Uncle Gerald, Nanny, cousin Sloan, Jay and Dee, Ben and Emma, and my parents. We met at the Bellville park one day and played and ate burgers and fries from The Hill. Yummo! and the weather was perfect. Cara was really excited to slide. She pretty much did that the whole time we were there, except while she was eating.

Nanny bought boys each a kite. We had a really good time flying them. Too bad one of them got stuck in a tree. Doesn't that always seem to happen?

Our visit was short, but I'm so glad we got to have one! The kids loved playing with Ben and Emma, and they are looking forward to seeing them this summer!

Love seeing the pictures. I had forgotten just how tired Cara was in that one picture. Bless her heart. She was so sleepy. It felt do good to just hold her while she slept. Nice post!
We had a great time too. I think our kids had withdrawals when you left.
So glad for the new posts. Love all of the pictures
