Boys and girls

While the boys are away, Cara and I play...

The boys went with Chris and our friend Keith beaver hunting. This was huge, because it was on our summer fun list for last summer, which never happened because we had a little water damage-hee hee. 

Beaver hunting happens at night, so Cara and I squeezed in as much fun as we could in the short time we had since it was practically her bed time. 

Her choice: nail painting. She wanted to paint mine first and she selected purple polish with purple glitter on top. She's a pretty good nail painter.

All done! 

Then we read a big stack of books before tucking in. The boys didn't get home til 2:30. They had a blast and got 7 beaver.
