6 Kopps minus Chris and Preston

flower 'buttons'
While Preston and Chris were in Unalakleet for the Leadership Week, the rest of us stayed home to man the chicken farm, take care of the garden, and well, all the  normal life responsibilities.  But seriously, when you have a baby, a garden, and 50 chickens to take care of, that's the bulk of your waking hours, hah! (26 of those birds are the meat chickens and boy do they drink and eat A LOT! Its a good work out hauling 50 lb. bags of chicken feed and 5 gallons of water)  We did manage to have some fun too.

Clint is such a good big brother to Cara.  He knows she likes to pick flowers so he offered to pick some with her.  (When wildflowers are only around for about a month, and you love flowers, its a pretty exciting time of year)  These are the first flowers out every year, the roses from Rose Hips.  After they collected, they came in for some ice cream and started modeling for me.

little punkin'
At 4 months old Evelyn has graduated from 'little peanut' to 'little punkin'.  She's as sweet as can be and has learned lots of new things.  She weighed 13 lb. 8 oz. and is 25" long at her 4 month check up.  She's rolling over now and sleeping all night, and she's not swaddled when she sleeps. She discovered her hands and feet around 3 months, and studies them regularly.  She likes her baths, big brothers and sister, and is in general a very easy going baby.
