Cara playing with Pop. Dad was hiding her animals and having them say peek-a-boo to her. She thought it was awesome.
We'd just begun our work in the garden when Mom and Dad arrived, so they pitched in and helped us get potatoes, cabbage, broccoli, spinach, carrots, beets, radishes, lettuce, and sunflowers planted. Its the biggest garden we've ever had (2 10x10 plots). Galena's community garden is fantastic. All the tilling and fencing work is done and after signing up for a plot, you plant and maintain your little garden as you wish. There is even a water tank for watering as you need. We also planted tomatoes and bell peppers at the house on the deck.
See anything unusual in this pic taken at the dump? Hint: its black and walks on 4 legs.
Lego time with Pop.

So glad to see these pictures. We had so much fun getting to know Cara and her personality. She is so young it is like getting to know her in a couple of days, but when we came there we were with her all 14 days. Got to know her better. Amazing how the boys have changed and matured and grown again! Interesting to see how well they have adapted.
